After 19 years in the corporate world—including a six-figure leadership role at a Fortune 50 company—Anita realized that the long hours, limited income, and lack of deeper purpose weren’t the life she wanted. Fueled by her desire for freedom, impact, and time with her kids, she made the bold leap into entrepreneurship.
The path wasn’t easy, but she turned her “what if” into “I did it.” Anita went on to build a six-figure business, launch new ventures, and speak on stages across North America. She’s trained more than 50,000 people in sales, mindset, and leadership—empowering them to create income and impact on their own terms.
As the founder of Employee to Entrepreneur, Anita is known as The Accelerator Guide—a mentor who shortens the learning curve and fast-tracks success. Through her coaching, training programs, and high-energy keynotes, she equips aspiring entrepreneurs with the mindset, tools, and sales strategies to confidently transition from employee to business owner.
