10 week MasterClass

Have you been an employee for a long time and decided that it’s time to become your own Boss?

That’s fantastic and Congratulations for taking the courageous step to become an Entrepreneur.

But now what?

Maybe you are new and it feels scary.

Maybe you have been at it a few years and you feel stuck.

Maybe you are in and out because it’s just not working.

This program is here to help you shift your mindset from the Corporate Employee world to the Entrepreneurial world.

And yes!! It is TWO different worlds.

This course is designed to be done over 10 weeks. Each module has a different learning component and at the end of each video there will be suggested homework. The homework should take you one week to do (just a little every day) before you go to the next module.

This program and the homework is structured this way to teach you one CORE Entrepreneurial skill-

Consistency.

Doing a little every day is designed to develop, grow, and broaden yourself. The Course will cover topics such as: Belief , Skills, Growth, Crafting your Testimonial , Tracking , etc.

Congratulations for investing in yourself and your business.

Enjoy the training!!

The simple and effective MasterClass will help you from the first lesson!

Course Topics

Week 1- Introduction & Belief

In this first week, you will meet Anita Sarda and learn about her journey from Corporate Employee to 6-Figure Entrepreneur.

This module will tackle the belief systems we have of being an Employee and how it is different than being an Entrepreneur. It will start your journey of shifting your mindset so you can be open to the learnings of the rest of the MasterClass course

Week 2: Skills

There are different skills needed to be an Entrepreneur and even though you may have been excellent as Employee, knowing you must learn different ‘soft’ skills is important.

So what skills do you need for success? That is what you will learn in this module and how to focus on which ones are your strengths

Week 3: Growth

One of my favorite modules. The idea of Entrepreneurship is the ability to have Financial and Time Freedom.
There is hard work required to get there and sometime we can get so focused on our business (or our job AND business) we forget there are other parts of our life.

This module and homework will help you identity where you are in all areas of your life and how to create a better balanced approach by being aware of the areas you might have neglected or are not where you want them to be

Work 4: Assessing your Business Venture

Sometimes we are so excited to start a business or our Entrepreneurial journey we don’t stop to take the time to decide if that is the right business to be doing. This module will not only help you assess what you are in; and, it will give you the framework to help guide when new opportunities come your way.

Week 5: Your Story

The key to any business sales is to have more people KNOW, LIKE and TRUST you. Most people do business with people they know, like, and trust and there is one fast way to increase their knowledge of you, your likability, and your trust factor. It is master your own testimonial or what I like to call..Your Story.

This way, when you meet someone at a party, networking, in line at the store or on Social Media, you can share your Story to peak their interest; and, that will exponentially increase their likelihood to have a further conversation with you. Once you have gained their atteti0on you have the opportunity to share your business proposition with them.

Week 6: Time Management:

Who controls your time when you are an Entrepreneur?

Is it you? NOPE

Is it the client? NOPE

In this course you will find out the real answer!

As well as tips and strategies on how to manage your time to have success as an Entrepreneur

Week 7: Prospecting and Follow-up

As an Entrepreneur you are in Sales

This means you must sell your product/Service/self to people. The #1 success requirements- Talk to more people. This module is all about prospecting (meaning talk to more people and how to find more people to talk to) and follow-up- how and how many times before a sale is actually made.

Plus one more secret ingredient to really have success.

Week 8: Tracking Part 1- “COO” Role

The COO role is Chief Operating Officer and this person tend to do a lot of the training and health of a business.

This module helps you understand the importance of tracking your numbers in your business. The things you should be tracking and monitoring to see growth and success. Obviously there will be good days and bad days but tracking will help you see the upward trend. If your business is not moving up and to the right then it is likely your tracking will show you if you are prospecting enough, following up adequately and closing enough sales

Week 9: Tracking Part 2- “CFO” Role

The CFO (Chief Financial Officer) role for your business would like at tracking on your business.

These are mostly the financial (money) part of your business metrics. Are you seeing financial growth, profit. Have your organized your business the right way ( ie. legal structure). Do you have the right team to support you (Accountant, lawyer etc)
